Administrator (Project)
Job Responsibilities: | ||
● | Provide full spectrum of administrative and clerical support including handle daily documentation and record update etc. | |
● | Arrange meeting, prepare meeting materials and equipment for related setting, prepare agenda, minutes, reports and take respective follow-up actions. | |
● | Handle all incoming phone calls | |
● | Prepare outgoing correspondence, email, internal memo and take respective follow-up actions. | |
● | Coordinate with other departments to ensure all assigned tasks are on-track | |
● | Maintain proper filing system | |
Job Requirements: | ||
● | Certificate holder of Secretarial Studies or Business Administration | |
● | Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua | |
● | Proficient in Simplified Chinese in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing | |
● | Well-organized, good telephone manner and pleasant personality | |
● | 5 years of working experience in property developers or relevant industries | |
