Administrator (Project)

  Job Responsibilities:
  Provide full spectrum of administrative and clerical support including handle daily documentation and record update etc.
  Arrange meeting, prepare meeting materials and equipment for related setting, prepare agenda, minutes, reports and take respective follow-up actions.
  Handle all incoming phone calls
  Prepare outgoing correspondence, email, internal memo and take respective follow-up actions.
  Coordinate with other departments to ensure all assigned tasks are on-track
  Maintain proper filing system
  Job Requirements:
  Certificate holder of Secretarial Studies or Business Administration
  Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
  Proficient in Simplified Chinese in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
  Well-organized, good telephone manner and pleasant personality
  5 years of working experience in property developers or relevant industries
