Assistant Human Resources Officer
Job Responsibilities: | ||
● | Assist in organizing staff engagement events such as interest classes, wellness talks, and CSR activities | |
● | Provide administration support to HR activities, including but not limited to data input and analysis, collecting job applications, preparing training material, and maintaining proper records and filing system. | |
● | Responsible for the data management, maintaining proper HR records, and filing system; | |
● | Assist in ad hoc projects as required | |
Job Requirements: | ||
● | Tertiary education or above | |
● | 2 years of working experience in HR and / or administrative support | |
● | Sound knowledge in graphics design application | |
● | Well-organized, detail-minded with strong analytical, good communication, and interpersonal skills | |
● | Good team player, self-motivated, and able to handle multi-tasks under tight schedules; | |
● | Good at both written and spoken English and Chinese | |
● | Proficiency in PC / Microsoft skills including Chinese word processing | |
