Customer Service Ambassador (Full-time / Part-time)
Job Responsibilities: | ||
● | Assist with handover logistics, and work with internal/ external parties to ensure timely and effective service to customers | |
● | Provide after-sales services and follow up proactively | |
● | Handle and respond to customer enquiry | |
● | Assist in sales activities and operations | |
● | Provide tours for potential buyers inside property, common area, and recreational facilities | |
● | Support on-site logistics | |
● | Compile operation reports on number of visitors and customer feedback | |
● | Maintain inventory of materials and others upon request | |
Job Requirements: | ||
● | Diploma holder or above | |
● | 1 year of relevant experience in particular handover of residential properties or client-facing customer service role | |
● | Good command of spoken & written Cantonese and English, basic skills in Mandarin | |
● | Good interpersonal and communication skills, good telephone manner, and responsive to clients' enquiries | |
● | Positive working attitude, responsible and result-oriented | |
● | Good listener | |
● | Proficient in MS Office application (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing) | |
● | 6 months renewable contract with satisfaction gratuity | |
● | 12 days annual leave | |
