General Manager - JV Project Company (Station PRC)

	Job Responsibilities:

	●	As the General Manager of a JV project company, responsible for full spectrum of Project Management, not limited to from conceptual, design development, cost control, construction to satisfactory completion and delivery of the project
	●	Organize the project management system and review the cost control plan as well as ensure the completion of the overall development project
	●	Have a good connection with relevant Joint Venture, Government Departments and Authorities, to manage & responsible for all statutory submissions, approvals, inspections and overall reporting
	●	Co-ordinate with consultants, contractors, internal & external parties to ensure the execution of this project, scope of work, budget, time frame and quality are in line with Company & project requirements
	●	Lead a team of project management professionals and ensure effective project planning and execution from inception to completion

	Job Requirements:

	●	Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related disciplines
	●	Registered Architect of HKIA, RIBA or equivalent, or other related industry professional
	●	Over 20 years relevant experience in managing high rise & commercial project, preferably gained in related industries, and property developers
	●	Experience to be in-charge of the entire development and construction management of super high-rise commercial complex projects
	●	Familiar with the local industry policies and regulations in China
	●	Excellent communications & interpersonal skills, proficient in both written & spoken English & Chinese
