Sales Officer
| Job Responsibilities: | ||
| ● | Assist in project launch preparation including preparation of relevant sales documents, organizing sales brochures and sales suites, etc. | |
| ● | Conduct market research and analysis | |
| ● | Coordinate on show flat design and arrange sales office logistics | |
| ● | Liaise with property agencies to facilitate sales activities and transactions | |
| ● | Provide property hand-over and after-sale services to customers | |
| Job Requirements: | ||
| ● | Bachelor's degree in surveying, marketing, or related disciplines | |
| ● | 3 years' experience preferably in marketing & sales of residential properties in property developers | |
| ● | Knowledge in Residential Properties (First -hand Sales) | |
| ● | Ordinance Attentive to details, customer-oriented and organized | |
| ● | Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in English and Chinese | |
