K. Wah International Holdings Limited (“KWIH” or “the Group”) (stock code: 00173) officially named its second residential project at Kai Tak as “K.SUMMIT 嘉 峯匯”. The development comprises 1,006 units across four residential towers and four houses with commercial facilities. Typical units offer a variety of layouts from studio to three-bedroom units. Special units will also be available to suit different buyers.
The project name “K.SUMMIT” consisting the letter “K” comes from the first alphabet of both “KWIH” and “Kai Tak” that can be interpreted as capturing the essence of KWIH’s premium quality residential developments and the prime area respectively.
The Chinese name “嘉峯匯” is inspired by KWIH’s first residential development namely “K.CITY 嘉匯” at Kai Tak which has received prestigious internationallyrecogised awards and accolades. As reflected in the Chinese name, the first character “嘉” is retained in the brand naming for the Group’s development projects, and it instills the idea of “home” that is exemplified in the brand philosophy for building an ideal home for residents. The second character “峯”, symbolises Kai Tak against the spectacular backdrop of the iconic Lion Rock to beome an integral part of the city’s skyline. The last character “匯” is defined as embracing infinite potential coupled witih impeccable infrastructure and urban planning for Kai Tak.
