KWIH Celebrates Ground-Breaking of Bayview, Dongguan and Huicheng West Parcel, Guangzhou
K. Wah International Holdings Limited (“KWIH” or “the Group”) (stock code: 00173) held ground-breaking ceremonies of two projects in Mainland China earlier this month, marking a new milestone for our portfolio expansion.
The ground-breaking ceremony of Bayview in Chashan, Dongguan was officiated by Paddy Lui, Executive Director of KWIH, Li Shoukang, Secretary of Chashan Town, and other honourable guests on 9 October. While on 14 October, Paddy Lui, together with Cui Junxian, Chairman of Guangdong Dianbai (Second Branch) Construction and the management team, hosted Phase 1 of Guangzhou Huicheng West Parcel’s ground-breaking ceremony.
Situated in Central Living District and the heart of Chashan, Bayview will provide a total gross floor area of around 198,000 square meters, featuring 15 high-rise apartment buildings with mostly three- and four-room flats and some special units. While Phase 1 of Huicheng West Parcel in Guangzhou will provide a total gross floor area of about 200,000 square meters. This mixed-use development will include 23,000 square meters. commercial component, and residential development providing 1,474 units with a wide range of layouts, including two- to four-room flats.
