KWIH Celebrates Ground-Breaking of Phase II of COSMO, the integrated project in Baiyun North District, Guangzhou
K. Wah International Holdings Limited (“KWIH” or “the Group”) (stock code: 00173) held a ground-breaking ceremony for Phase II of COSMO, the large-scale integrated project in Baiyun North District, Guangzhou in early May. The management of KWIH Southern China regional office and business partners officiated at the ceremony marking the Group’s milestone in the development of Baiyun North District in Guangzhou. Phase II has a GFA of around 198,000 square metres and provides around 1,800 units.

The whole project will be developed into three phases. The phase I, COSMOPOLIS, was launched to the market in 2021, offering approximately 1,500 units of two to four-room types spread over 12 towers.
