KWIH Celebrates Ground-Breaking of Lot 2019-WG-29, Gaotiexincheng, Xiangcheng District, Suzhou
K. Wah International Holdings Limited (“KWIH” or “the Group”) (stock code: 00173) held a ground-breaking ceremony for its third project in Suzhou on 23 April. The management of KWIH Shanghai regional office officiated at the ceremony, marking a new milestone for our development in Yangtze River Delta.
KWIH successfully bided Lot 2019-WG-29, Gaotiexincheng, Xiangcheng District, Suzhou in last September. The project is located in Gaotiexincheng, Xiangcheng District, Suzhou, adjacent to the Suzhou North Railway Station and the Suzhou Rail Transit Line 2 and enjoys a range of commercial facilities as well as social facilities of education and healthcare etc.. The project has a total GFA of approximately 70,400 square metres and comprises six residential high-rise buildings with commercial facilities, creating a community with excellent living conditions and comprehensive services.
Another Suzhou project is currently under construction with 500 units expected to be launched for the first round of sales in the third quarter of 2021.
