KWIH Holds Ceremony for Blessing of Latest Residential Project, Bayview, in Dongguan
K. Wah International Holdings Limited (“KWIH” or “the Group”) (stock code: 00173) launched its first Dongguan project, Silver Cove, in 2014 and was developed into three phases. The project was well received on the market. The construction of its second Dongguan residential project, Bayview, is progressing smoothly. Recently, KWIH held a ceremony in Bayview’s sales office for blessing. The first batch of units is expected to be launched in the fourth quarter of this year.
Situated in the heart of Dongcheng, Songshan Lake and Chashan, Bayview is about 1.5 kilometres away from Dongguan Metro Chashan Station. Residents are half an hour away from Guangzhou by taking Guangzhou-Shenzhen Railway and one hour away from Hong Kong. On the east side of Bayview, there is a central park of about 30,000 square meters and leisure facilities while enjoying the stunning panoramic view of the river on the south side. Also, the project has comprehensive ancillary facilities nearby such as commercial, entertainment, education and medical facilities, catering to the needs of residents. Bayview has a total GFA of around 200,000 square meters, featuring 15 high-rise residential buildings with mostly three- and four-room flats and some special units.
